If you have an idea for a plant related project in mind but you don’t have the time or want to put in the effort to put it together, Contact Us to set up a Consultation. We can help your project come to life.

Do you take corporate and bulk orders?

Yes! Events are stressful enough, why not let us take the bomboniere off your hands. Contact us via social media or via the Contact Us page to set up a Consultation.

What is covered in a Consultation?

A Consultation is an hour-long meeting where we can sit down with you and guide you through the design process for the project you have in mind. This time can also be used to discuss Corporate or Bulk orders (e.g. Christmas gifts for your employees or wedding and birthday bomboniere).

Do you deliver?

Yes. We deliver to Sydney Metro (Australia). Your products will be delivered by one of our friendly staff or via a courier service. Majority of our products are fragile, and therefore we take utmost care when packing your goods however we cannot accept responsibility for products which are damaged during transit. Can I pick up my order?

Yes. You can pick up your goods from Camden (NSW) or Sydney CBD (NSW). Contact Us for eligibility.

Do you have a physical shop? Where can I purchase from?

No, we do not have a physical store at this stage however that is the end goal. You can purchase our products from our online Shop. Alternatively, contact us via social media or the Contact Us page.

What payment options do you provide? Are you mobile?

Yes. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and most Near Field Communication (NFC) payments (such as Apple Pay and Android Pay). Instead of After Pay, we provide a Lay-By service. For more information, Contact Us.

How do I care for my products? Are there specific care instructions for each of the product?

Yes, each collection will come with specific care instructions. If you are unsure and have further questions, please feel free to Contact Us.

The Atrium collection has an array of plants which all have specific care needs. A care instruction card will be provided with your product/s.

Our Set In Concrete and Potter's Clay collections are beautifully handmade following the principles of Wabi-Sabi. Items from these collections are delicate and therefore should not be exposed to extreme temperatures. To clean, wipe down with a damp cloth.

Where do you source your plants and plant goods?

At Whistle & Page, we are a big believer in supporting local producers and businesses. All our plants are either grown organically in our backyard or sourced from local grower and suppliers.

Where are your homeware pieces sourced from?

We source a lot of our pieces from small villages in Bangladesh. To get insight, check out Our Story.

Do you ever have Pop-Up Stores?

Yes. From time to time we will open our doors for a simple and casual Pop-Up Store. It will be hosted around the beautiful town of Camden (NSW). These Pop-Up stores will have a picnic feel where you can come along and enjoy some tea and sweet treats. We love our little town, and this will give us a chance to showcase some beautiful locations. Do you run workshops? If so, how often do they run?

Yes. From time to time, we will host different workshops for small groups. These little workshops are a great way to celebrate your next event, whether it’s a team building event or your kid’s birthday. Check out our Upcoming Events page for upcoming workshops. Alternately, you may wish to organise a customised workshop. Contact Us to start a dialogue.

Do you gift wrap?

Our products are beautifully and ethically packaged. They are pretty enough to give as gifts, however, if you wish to customise your order, please let us know and we will address your needs to the best of our ability.

Do you exchange or refund?

We do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind however if the product you’ve received is faulty or incorrect, we will rectify the issue.

Regarding The Atrium collection, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange as we cannot be held responsible for plants which leave our care. We do however have a Maintenance Service* which allows us to help you care for your plants. It also gives you an opportunity to freshen up your arrangements.

Regarding the Set In Concrete collection, it is important to note that because these are handmade, there will be imperfection. In fact, we are very proud of these imperfections as it contributes to the uniqueness of the product. It is also important to understand that concrete, even though a solid material, may be fragile and therefore great care should be taken when handling the item/s.

Do you Offer Wholesale and bulk order prices?

We most certainly do. Below you will find our discounts which may apply to you (not to be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts):

For local and small businesses with an active ABN, we offer a 10% discount.

If you place bulk or corporate orders valued at $1,000 or more over a 3-month period, we offer you a 30% discount.
